I had called about this and was told that it's a semi, the apt. for rent is the main floor in one side of the semi, someone lives in the basement.

Nice neighbourhood. Those semi's aren't that big, spilt into 2 apts would be pretty small /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif

My friend used to live in the basement apt. The main floor isn't huge, but its a decent size and condition compared to the crap that others are renting for that price.
