How to save recipes from here to my comp??

Can someone tell me how to save recipes from here to my computer? I want to save some recipes so I can use them later on down the road...

all I can say is... Copy and paste /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Ive tried that and it'll let me copy but then it won't let me paste!!

you should be able to copy and paste them into wordpad or whatever ...
