1 tub of whip cream
1 brick of creme cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of lemon juice
mix together creme cheese and sugar
mix in whip cream and lemon juice
mix until it is no longer gritty from the sugar
mix in fruit or put it on top
put in premade graham cracker crust.
all in all takes about 15 minutes.
Chocolate Berry Cheesecake
2 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Chocolate Whipped Topping
1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1-1/2 cups halved strawberries
Microwave chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add chocolate; mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries just before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Here's a quick one my mom use to make
1 pkg graham cracker crumbs prepared as directed (you may need to make a pkg and half of another pkg depending how thick you want the crust)
Pack prepared crumbs into 13 x 9 cake pan
Cream together 1 1\2 pkgs of philidelphia cream cheese and 1 pkg of nutri whip (the little blue box carton thing)
Put on top of crumbs
Top with 1-2 cans of can cherries
I use E.B smith brand
This is yummy and super easy and you don't cook it.
