what can I do with pork chops that kids will like

put them back in the freezer and make spaghetti

that was my other choice today but I couldn't make up my mind. lol

brown them in the frying pan. put in a casserole dish.
bring a can of diced tomatoes, chopped onion, spices you like to a boil in fry pan. simmer until juice is reduced.
pour over chops, bake for about an hour or more until chops are tender. top with mozz cheese before serving.(zap for a few seconds to melt if you have to)

Brown them in a frying pan, with garlic, onion powder, or whatever spices you like.
Pour over 1 or 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, mixed with milk or water. Mix 1 can of soup to half a can of liquid.
Simmer them and they will be so tender.
The gravy (soup) can be used to pour over rice as well.

oooh they both sound nummy thanks guys. I will be cooking them today since my power was out yesterday and we ended up ordering.

I like breaded porkchops. Mix some eggs with paprika, dip the porkchops in the mixture, then into some breadcrumbs (or broken up soda crackers are good too!) Then fry them in a bit of oil or bake them in the oven.
