good rice recipe

cooked rice... as much as you want
green and red peppers
onions
mushrooms
celery
and my fav...bacon
fry bacon in pan add all the veggie's cook til tender then add your rice stir and enjoy!!! it is yummmmmmmyyyyyy!!!

I made this dish last night and served it with chicken breasts in orange sauce, and it was a big hit. Just because I wanted to....I smashed a couple of cloves of garlic and added them to the rice mixture. Easy, fast, tasty and cheap, you can't ask for anything more.
