I have a great chicken chili recipe that I discovered....My mom also loves it and I will never make beef chili again..if interested Iwill gladly post it

2lbs lean hamburger/or chicken
onions
green & red peppers
celery
kidney beans
brown beans in tomato sauce
black beans
garlic
tomato juice
chili powder
cook hamburger add all the yummies add more
spice salt & pepper and enjoy !!!!!

oops and can tomato's
My Husband make GREAT chilli:
heres his recipe
1 1/2 pounds Lean Ground beef or Moose if you have it
2 diced onions
2 cloves garlic - crushed
1/2 green pepper (if you like it)
1/2 bunch of Celery
2 cans of diced tomatoes (large)
2 can of Red Kidney beans
1 can of tomato juice (48 oz)
1 can of tomato soup
1 package of clubhouse Chilli seasoning.
2 teaspoons of chilli power - more or less to taste.
1 can of mushrooms
any of the vegetables except the kidney beans and canned tomatoe's can be omitted.
Allow to simmer a couple of hours and enjoy.
PS its always better the next day!

Here is the chicken chili recipe that is really good:
Brown in a pot:
1 pound ground chicken (I use turkey)
in a bit of olive oil with 2 chopped onions and one garlic clove
Add: 1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cut up red and 1 cut up yellow or orange pepper
2 tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin (this is a must)
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes - add more if you want it hotter
Pour in I can (28oz) diced tomatoes
1 can of red or light red kidney beans
Boil for 15 mins
Add I can of chick peas
Boil for another 1/2 hour
