Pesto & Sundried Tomato Pasta with Chicken

1 red and yellow sweet bell pepper cut in chunks and seeded
4 tsps of pesto seasoning
1 small jar of sundried tomatoes in olive oil sliced (oil can be drizzled over peppers when cooking)
1/2 cup of tiny shell pasta boiled and drained
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in small chunks and
Salt and pepper to taste


Dice the chicken into chunks and toss it into a frying pan drizzled with olive oil and cook until it's opaque and slightly browned.

In a separate frying pan drizzled with oil, dice the peppers and sundried tomatoes and cook until they're tender.

Add the 4 teaspoons of pesto to this and toss to coat.

Add the cooked pasta to the cooked chicken, spoon the pepper tomato mixture over it and add salt and pepper to taste.
