Creamy Nutella Cheesecake
(Makes about 12 slices)
Crust
1-1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
2 TB. sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
Filling
24 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 jar Nutella
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the crust ingredients.
Press into the bottom of a 10-inch springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In an electric mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until combined.
Add whole egg and yolks. Beat until smooth.
Add milk and Nutella and mix completely.
Pour filling into prepared pan.
Place springform pan in a deep baking pan and place in oven.
Pour hot water into baking pan to halfway up the sides of the springform pan.
Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F.
Bake for 1-1/2 hours or until center appears set when lightly shaken.
Remove from water bath and cool on wire rack.
Remove cake from pan and store in refrigerator before serving.
