Due to everyone in my home's work schedule today I needed a quick one pot meal that I could make and everyone could reheat as needed. I found this recipe on a can of Campbell's Soup, made it, and to my surprise it was actually quite tasty!! Doesn't look to appetizing when done, but good nonetheless!!

Brown 1 lb lean ground beef (going to try it with ground chicken next time)
Stir in 1 can Campbell's Beef Broth and 1 can of water
Add 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni and simmer for apprx. 10 minutes (until tender)
Mix in 1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup and 1 cup of Pace Chunky Salsa.

That's it. Quick, easy, and tastes not to bad!!!

Does anyone have any other recipes along the same line to share? Quick, one pot, and tasty?

Brown 1 pound of hamburger making sure you drain the grease really well.

Add onion, cooked elbow noodles, a can of diced tomatoes or fresh, and canned mushrooms.

Then add velveeta cheese or cheese wiz (I use velveeta it melts better and tastes better) cover and cook on medium to minimum until cheese is fully melted. Stir well and serve.

It's a hit around here. It's like a homemade hamburger helper. My family won't eat the box kind now after making this.
