Celery Stuffed with Mexican Cream Cheese

pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup salsa

Mix salsa and cream cheese together. Spread mixture evenly in celery stalks.

I'm eating these right now. I jazzed them up a bit with hot sauce and seasoning salt. They're Great! It's nice to find a healthy snack that doesn't taste like sawdust. LOL
