Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Step 1:
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 cup of white chocolate chipits
Melt over double boiler
Step 2:
4 whole eggs (room temperature)
1 cup of sugar
Splash of vanilla extract
Whip on high speed until it's frothy and pale yellow
Step 3:
2 1/2 cups of flour (not sifted)
1/2 tsp. of baking powder
1/4 tsp. of salt
Combine step 1 with step 3 and mix well.
Fold together with step 2.
Add 3/4 cup of milk or dark chocolate chipits.
Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Shape into balls and place them on a cookie sheet in the oven at 325 degrees for 18 minutes.
TIP: You can reverse the white and dark chipits for a different look.
