Room or Apartment Needed For March 31st

Someone I know is looking for an apartment for March 31st.

He goes to College and has 1 cat that is spayed,quiet and very well behaved.
He only needs a 1 bedroom or a bachelor is good to.

He said even a room for rent is good as well.

If possible near Sault College would be great.
He can only pay up to $375/inclusive though
