I know it's after the fact, but I just realized that I wanted to explain why I chose this picture...these two guys are my first cousins, and they are brothers. The guy being slung over the shoulder by his little bro is my cousin Chris who is in the Navy and had been deployed in Iraq. He was home as a surprise for my Grandparents 60th wedding anniversary that weekend, so the whole family was in "celebration" mode. The looks on the faces of these two guys is pure love and joy between two brothers who are truly enjoying a happy reunion. Just wanted to clarify that it's not a drunken silly picture. Not that that wouldn't be fun either, but this picture brings back happy memories for me, of a wonderful family time. So...that's why I chose it for this challenge!!

Voting starts Sunday and is suppose to end Sunday night, if there is a tie as there was for Challenge #80, the voting ends when the tie is broken by 1 vote and the new Challenge begins.
