"George W. Bush has said history will determine the greatness of his presidency. According to an informal poll by George Mason University’s History News Network, 98 percent of historians asked determined Bush’s presidency a failure. Sixty-one percent ranked him last among presidents, while only four percent placed him among the top two-thirds."

Bush is no better than the ones people are at war fighting against...He has made a war worse than it should be and better still he has made alot of agreements that have made things around the world worse than the were. He is evil guy and never should run for any part of high power again...not that people would ever vote for him again anyway! Me along with so many other people from around the world will be having a party when he is no longer the president!!!

George Mason University is in Virginia. The research was done at a Virginia University. Is your geography as bad as your English?

"To put it bluntly, the president need not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but he does need a full deck of cards. He must be comfortable in his own skin, free of emotional demons, and surround himself with competent people. With apologies to Saturday Night Live's Stuart Smalley, the successful president need not be a towering giant, he just needs to be good enough, smart enough — and, doggone-it, people must like him."

Leave it to the US to prefer a "mediocre" president.
