make a pasta salad that my family loves

Fusilli pasta
green pepper (diced or sliced)
red pepper (diced or sliced)
green onion (finely chopped)
Sliced Black and Green olives (optional)
Fetta cheese (also optional)

Kraft Sundried tomato and oregano salad dressing.

Mix dressing with pasta while pasta is still warm for better flavour.

It keeps well and tastes really great.

I make mine the same as Shawn's Girl except I use the colored swirly pasta (forget what it's called), can of tuna instead of the ham and green onions instead of white onions. I also use a bit of salt and pepper.

I make a great Chicken Pasta Ceasar Salad. Everytime i make it i get great reviews and recipe requests.

fucilli pasta, cooked al dente, don't over cook as it will absorb too much of the dressing

1 bunch of romaine lettuce, ribbon cut ( across the leaf )
cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces
as much parmesan as you like

1 cup salad oil
3 to 4 cloves of crushed garlic
1 egg
2/3 tsp. worchestershire sauce
2 tbls. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste.
1 tsp. anchovie paste (optional)
blend in blender or food processor.

mix with pasta, chicken, lettuce, cheese,,. wait for compliments!!

you can add any vegetables you want to this for color, and presentation. if you find it is dry,, add more oil.

for a regular macaroni salad i use any veggies i have,,,but must include green onions, radish, and celery.
for a dressing i mix equal parts mayo and sour cream,,, and a few squirts of Ranch dressing.
bacon , cheese and dill pickles always seem to be a hit when available. last one i made, i added some of the dill pickle juice to the dressing. Always taste the dressing before mixing with the pasta to see if you need more salt or pepper!!
