I am looking for at least a 3 bedroom home with a basement that is finished or could become a rec room.
A fare size back yard fenced or not. Prefere a bungalow but if it has a couple of stairs that is fine.
If you can contact me at worth_72@hotmail.com it would be greatly apprecitated.
If it needs some fixing up that's fine as well.

unless your spending at least over 100000 - the house will be in crappy b and e neighbourhood and will need lots of updating to modernize it

Have you checked this site?? You can put in what you want to spend and all that...
There are semi's just off of chartwell, and there are a bunch of houses for the 92,000, alot of nice houses.
