Well the hockey news came out with its top 100 prospects and guess what..Canada Leads the way yet again...Here are the numbers right out of the magazine...
Canada 54...including the top 2 spots
U.S. 18... 6 of which proudly play in the CHL..instanly giving them an edge over their American trained counterparts ... including #3 ranked Zach Bogosian of Peterborough....so really a u.s trained prospect doesn't even rank until #30
Sweden 8
Russia and Czec Rep...4 each
Finland 6
There are others...but hey..once again the u.s. finishes a distant 2nd to Canada...as usual
But hey...with all the doping confirmation in the IOC, pro baseball etc....Canada does come behind the U.S> when it comes to cheaters

"Like millions of others in the know, I see the NHL playoffs for exactly what it is: the greatest sports tournament on the planet. But there’s one aspect of the Stanley Cup chase that grows more embarrassing with every year.

I refer to the “Bring the Cup back to Canada because it’s our game and nobody else's, especially the soft Europeans and frigid Russians and easily-pleased Swedes and largely-disinterested Americans” routine. That’s right – the same act that has the preposterous “No team with a European captain will ever win the Cup” corollary.

It is bloated, blinded, bleating hyper-nationalism – and frankly, it’s gotten sooooo old to me."

Who cares what you think, Elvis!
The King is dead, speaking of bloated.
Wanna be!

It's fun when you don't know stuff isn't it smiley? Wilson is American and goes to an American college and is the highest ranking American other than Bogosian. Next time, READ the stuff you post, leave the pictures to our favorite servant boy, Belvedere.

You would be wrong, again!
Ron Wilson was born in Windsor Ontario and raised in Fort Erie.
Why even comment, Zero?

Poor Jack. When you read "Wilson", did you not even entertain the idea that maybe you should read the previous posts so to make sure it was "Ron" being talked about? Of course you didn't. Too many words with more than 4 letters and none involved taking an order to supersize.

You're saying he wasn't?

I'm saying you didn't read the previous posts burgerboy. If you had, you would have known it was "Colin". Try and keep up.

He was educated in the US and played hockey in the US.
He was born in Canada, Zero!

His father was born in Canada, not his son, whom the last 7 posts should have been about. Can't someone there explain this to you or does the job description only include giving out the medication?

Wrong again.
That's better than being a troll, Zero!

Wrong you say?

You can't be that stupid. Even Burger King wouldn't hire someone that stupid...would they?

You must be use to being wrong.
Why even try?

Try correcting you? It's my pleasure. Not everyday you can make someone look this dumb, at least anywhere else. It's becoming quite easy though. Like using a shovel to pick up sand after being told to get one grain. It's just too hard to pick out just one thing at a time.

Yeah so I missed Colin Wilson....hmmm son of a Canadian....an honest mistake though....unlike your deliberate ignoring of the facts....so ring the bells and shout out loud....The U.S> has one pick (born and trained) in the top 30.... yawn

As for 2009...6 Canadians...and 2 Americans with comments like not as gifted as Pat Kane and hasn't put up big number....

so we win yet again

Hay Chuckles.
The hijack was for the Buzzard.
He has two accounts. He is also 1of3 or Jacks Dad.
You appear to have things well in hand, regardless.
He loses, yet again
The US is consistence in their lack of ability to produce hockey talent in numbers.
They never have and they never will.
Enough said!
