italy bans fish bowls

i love fish and i really, really hate people keeping them trapped in little bowls so i was pretty happy when i came across this article. now if only we had them banned here as well. thought someone here might enjoy

lol...that's a really old story. i didn't check the date till just now. it's still a good idea though

i agree, i hate the little bowls! we had one at work in a little bowl. i went on the net and looked for as much info as i could find. they said a minimum of 1 gal of water, with some plants. and regular stimulation with a mirror, yourself and live food (as in mosquito larvie etc) i will ckek out the link asap.

a goldfish can grow up to 12 inches or larger and live for around 20 years if it's not kept in a bowl.
