Name that object contest

The winner of this contest wins the knowledge that they helped me answer a question....
That question is, what is attached to the Helicopter?

This was seen flying over Wawa near where HWY 17 meets HWY101, and the general area there. It was seen a few different times this past week.
Incorrect answers are: Landing Pad, and Flying Saucer
