a few people i work with are diabetic and i want to make some cookies or something to bring in as a treat... now i have never cooked with any sugar subsatute and well i am not the greatest at bakinge either... if anyone has successfully cooked with splenda or has some recipies that are good please post them. i would appreciate it...

Splenda you use the same amount as you would with sugar. OR splenda brown sugar is 1/2 spelenda brown to the amount of regular brown the recipe calls for. Hope that helps!!

Just so your not disappointed, they don't always work. My wife and oldest daughter cook/bake for me and on occasion they flop, or at least the recipes do. Hang in and keep trying, it's fun.
