$157 on super 7... I got 5 numbers. Somehow, I expected it to be worth more. I won $250 on pull tabs once too.

In my line of work, I have seen people come in day in and day out and spend literally hundreds a week on Nevada tickets and not win hardly anything. Then one ordinary "Joe Blow" will come in, buy $20 worth of Nevada tickets and win a thousand.

I once won $350 on a 50/50 ticket I bought from a co-worker for their child's fundraiser. I've won baby things (play chairs, etc.) entering contests, but never the lottery, although I haven't bought a ticket in years. I only enter contests occasionally because they're free, or buy some kid's or charity organization's tickets. The lottery is a tax on the poor or hopeful, is something I was once told, and I feel it is true.

My parents won a hundred thousand 2 years ago.

I have luck but it just happens to be bad. ;)
