<----- Womens Hockey ----->
4 Nation's cup is like winning gold at the special olympics. It isn't really important.

"It was an awesome hockey game," American head coach Katey Stone said. "Both teams and both goaltenders played great - there was a small margin between the two teams today and we're extremely happy that we came out on top."

The US head coach admits to BARELY winning it.

Canada had earlier thumped Finland 6-0 and the U.S. 4-2, while losing 2-1 to Sweden. Team U.S.A. opened with a 5-2 victory over Sweden before losing 4-2 Canada and downing Finland 4-1.

Canada beat the US in game #1 4-2.

So in 2 games, Canada has 6 goals and the US had 5 goals. The US barely won.

So, if you're proud of BARELY winning, then wow. Good for you :)

<------ END OF WOMENS ----->

Now, U-18 Four Nations Cup

Teams consisted of - Finland Sweden Switzerland and US

Ummm No Canada?.... Or we would've had the Gold.

You are talking about the 4 nations cup. It's like the red head step child tournament of hockey.

Olympic Hockey

1920 - Antwerp - Canada GOLD (US Silver)
1924 - Chamonix - Canada GOLD (US Silver)
1928 - St. Moritz - Canada GOLD (US no medal)
1932 - Lake Placid - Canada GOLD (US Silver)
1936 - Garmisch-Partenkirchen - Canada Silver (US Bronze)
1948 - St. Moritz - Canada GOLD (US - No Medal)
1952 - Oslo - Canada GOLD (US Silver)
1956 - Cortina - Canada Bronze (US Silver)
1960 - Squaw Valley - Canada Silver (US Gold)
1964 - Neither team won
1968 - Grenoble - Canada Bronze (US No Medal)
1972 - Saporo - Canada No Medal (US Silver)
1980 - Lake Placid - Canada No Medal (US Gold)
1984 - Neither placed
1988 - Neither placed
1992 - Albertville - Canada Silver (US No Medal)
1994 - Lillehammer - Canada Silver (US No Medal)
1998 - Neither placed
2002 - Salt Lake City - Canada GOLD (US Silver)
2006 - Neither placed

It's funny how you picked 1960. It's the only year, going back, that you can say US Won. Check as far back as you can.

Canada has :
7 Gold Medals : 4 Silver : 2 Bronze : 13 in total.

US has :
2 Gold : 7 Silver : 1 Bronze : 9 in total.

Wow.

We Win.
