Its a $1.61 /gal accross the river right now!

Works out to 53 cents /liter after a 25% exchange rate is worked in.

Don,t know why Sault Canada is so slow with the barrel at $35 per barrel ,lowest in 4 years.

Even Ottawa is 66 cents /L right now.:teeth:

and now we should be getting a few post stating how bad and evil it is to shop over there when the poor store owners are having such a hard time over here.

I had a half tank left in my SUV and filled it in Soo Michigan for 15 bucks. I care not who complains as to where I spend the few dollars I have left after Canadian taxes. I bought 65 square feet of wrapping paper for christmas for 2 bucks at Big Lots. A a senior, I will continue to stretch my dollars and patronize those who have the lowest prices. Now everyone...HIT ME WITH THE WET NOODLE....again.

Factor in the hour it takes to go over there and back, sorry but my time is worth something.

I'm lucky if I have time to stop somewhere on this side on my way home.

I was in the line for 10 minutes each way.

Well I have a truck with a 100 Liter tank ,so its $53 to fill up there and $78 a liter here. Thats $25.

It took 1/2 hour to to the trip. Thats $50 per hour, where are you going to make that for your time?

Add a jug of milk and a extra 5 gallon gas can and 12 pack of beer for duty free and it even gets better yet.

Well, I don't drive a gas-guzzler, american milk is gross, I don't drink beer and if I did it wouldn't be the pee they put in cans over there, and you have no idea what I can get done in an hour that would be worth waaaay more than 50 bucks.

The only thing the U.S. is good for is buying stuff from.
And propaganda, can't forget that.

$4 to save $50 on a fill up ,is not bad. The extra 5 gallon gas can or $7 12 pack of Coors makes up for that.
