I'm thinking about making my own pizzas for my daughter's birthday on Friday. Looking for some easy recipies for pizza dough. I don't have a pizza pan though, is it needed?

Cookie sheets work just fine. You can also buy bags off pizza dough saves time.
here is one pizza dough recipe i use.

2 twelve inch crusts or 2 cookie sheets

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (1/4 ounce) package yeast
1 cup water
Combine sugar, water and yeast in a measuring cup or small bowl.
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the center.
Pour yeast mixture and oil in well and stir into dry ingredients until you have a soft dough.
If dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour.
Knead until smooth on a lightly floured surface.
Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel and let rise until doubled.
Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes.
Make your pizza crusts.
To bake, top with your favorite sauce, cheese, etc., and bake at 450F for about 15 minutes or until crispy and cheese is bubbling.

I would rather get it from a baker. The place behind Perfecto makes it. That reminds me, I have to pick up my yearly fix of butter bread this afternoon..

3. Beat and stir in remaining flour
4. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic (about 10 min)
5. Let dough rise in bowl for 10 min.

Do you want to make individual pizza's for you daughter and her friends? I just did this for my son and it was soooooo easy and they LOVED it!!

Buy Pita bread!

Every one gets their own, and they can chose whatever they want on it. Start with the sauce, add shredded, cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, etc. The place directly on the oven-rack to bake. They only take about 10 mins at 400 degrees. Just keep an eye on them. Sooo simple and soooooooo good!! The adult all had 1 (or 2) as well!
