cool stuff!
really nice.

I finally figured out how to make my shutter speed faster LOL. I am such a know nothing with cameras!-Although it may not make much of a difference-I might be able to capture the flight of birds a tad better-not much tho as it's only a panasonic digi cam. good for now tho /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

I made the panoramic for the other web site, but the size is off and it won't allow me to upload it. Also noticed that not many critique my work. I am rather disappointed. I was hoping to get some nice useful feedback lol.

the more photos you critique the more feedback you get. You get a few who don't return the favour-but you hav eto climb the pole first by gettingthem to notice u lol-it;s hard and I havnt done it in a while-but it works...usually-if you get the right ppl-critique ppl who have a lot of critiques or know what they are doing-oorrrr leave comments..either or

Ah I see. Well I have noted the critiques aren't really critiques but more or less, kudos. I am a little disappointed all and all. I did some leg work and noted not many will give constructive criticism.

Panoramic of one of my favorite bird hunting sites.

Chako, I am always in awe of your work and in no position to critique. It all looks great to me!!

Ah sorry everywoman. I was talking about this treknature web site. I was hoping to get something useful out of it and am slightly disappointed that you have to rub other people's back to get something in return. I feel it defeats the purpose of having the whole critique system, which was what got me excited in the first place.

DreamSpirit, no. that was taken on Victoria Day. That blue/purple pick up was there on Sunday and Monday..which I thought was odd. They must really like the location.

chako, your stuff is kick *butt*, always looks great, well I just got a new cam yet again, Im finding I like this one has tones of hidden features in it that the box dont tell you and they did not tell me at staples either, One thing I love about it is if something is wrong with the way you have the cam set up to take the pic you get a pair of glasses that shows up on the screen to analyze it, it tells me what im doing wrong, which is nice!!

sooooo well playing with my new toy here is a panoramic I took and had to of course stitch it together which the camera does in itself!!

figured I would share if there is a problem with it in your thread I will delete it,

see what you can tell me about it as I take your info in with great respect

thanks, Its actually 4 pics, I could not get all 5 cause the hubby kept hitting the brake and moving a slight little bit then hit the brake again, while all 3 of the kids were laughing as hard as they could in the back seat!! so it was a quick pic!! but it did not turn out to bad I think, its a little blury but like I said I was in the car and the hubby was playing around!!!

Very nice Hp2. Feel free to post away in any of my threads.

I enjoy the green rail. At first, it looked like rolling hills. Then I noticed the plant in the background..then it clicked that it was a rail. I like that very much. I was going to comment on how there is a slight stitching error, but considering the adverse conditions during the photo taking...awesome job. /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

DreamSpirit. That is very strange. I think the people in the pickup are always there then lol.

EDIT: What camera did you get if you don't mind my asking?

ha ha, thanks chako now you point it out I do realize the stitching error on my part!! I did not realize it till I sat there and looked real close at it!! now it sticks out like a sore thumb hehe see I new I posted it for a reason, the camera I got is just a pocket digi, but for the price and quality its a nice new toy for me to play with, it has tones of features, I have owned hp cameras in the past and never let me down, so figured I would give it a go again,

I have hp photosmart R725 nothing to fancy but it does more then enough for me!!

Well DreamSpirit. I am thinking Treknature is dead to me. It is a giant waste of time IMO. I have critiqued like nuts and rarely get any verification. Worse yet, nobody is commenting on any of my photos, although quite a few view them.

I just don't get it. I have seen someone post one photo and get a higher rating then I do, and is then welcome with wide open arms into their little community, for this is what it is. Oh well. I think that bird photo may be my last I will share with them.
