4 chicken breast
splash of olive oil
1 c. 35% cream
2 tbls. dijon mustard
chopped tarragon

brown chicken breast in olive oil,, remove and put in oven to finish cooking,,. in same pan add cream, mustard and tarragon,, bring to slight boil and reduce heat,,, cook until thickened. place chicken on platter ( i sliced mine to make them go farther), pour sauce over chicken, Enjoy!

this was a really good recipe,, company worthy!
