i call them this because they are kinda healthy lol

1/4 c canola oil
4 unsweetened chocolate baking squares, chopped
2 large eggs, fork-beaten
1/2 c applesauce
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 c brown rice flour
1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips (optional)
2 tbsp ground flaxseed

heat canola oil and chocolate in large heavy saucepan on lowest heat for about 10 min., stirring often until chocolate is almost melted, do not overheat
remove from heat and stir until smooth

add eggs and applesauce and mix well

add next 3 ingredients, stir

add remaining 3 ingredients, stir. spead evenly in greased 8x8inch baking dish. bake uncovered in 350 oven for about 30 min. until wooden pick inserted in center comes out moist but not wet with batter
do not overbake
