So next time tell your wife she's not as good as her girlfriend, and see if you can stay on for 8 seconds.

Oddly enough today is our 20th wedding anniversary. I haven't done anything major yet today but I put out all weekend so I think that's a little start.

My husband and I are always appreciating each other and saying so. It's teamwork for everything.

watched the kids. washed his dirty clothes. picked up the dirty dishes he leaves around. cleaned the bathroom. wiped up all the crud he always spills in the fridge. didn't complain when he got up and went on his world of warcraft game right away. let him go out without taking kids with him

We went grocery shopping with my daughter and started couples dancing in the frozen foods aisle to a song we liked, much to my daughter's embarrasment. ;)

Yeppers. He started it with doing a silly 'white boy' dance to the song, then I started doing it. When my daughter began to look mortified he grabbed me and started dancing with me in the frozen foods aisle. :)

Awe Vixen it sounds like your having a rough go right now. Is there any way that the two of you can get away some where? Just the two of you? Even one night of alone time can help, some time to just be together and really communicate.

Last night hubby got a massage from me and today I am cleaning our place while he finishes his final exam. I also prepared lunch for him before he left!

I am sure tonight I will find a way to make him very, very happy. (well, I'll certainly be happy) ;)

vixen
04-22-2009, 02:17 PM
no theres really no where to go.. And I'm very stressed about it, I have talked to him before but it just never helps...he shows no sign of even being aware that things have changed... I'm at a loss as to what to do other then being nice and not rocking the boat so to speak.

MaO3
04-22-2009, 02:26 PM
Maybe you need to rock the boat?

Sometimes we all find ourselves becoming a little complacent, or maybe just taking our S/O for granted. He needs to know how your feeling.

Communication is the key.
