the only forum that i go on here.

its purpose, i thought, was to discuss things, to throw thing around whether humourous or pics or whatever...to say whatever & , basically, have fun....uninterrupted unless TOO carried away!

then comes along these ppl that want a forum for this & a forum for that...so much that there isnt anything left on the soapbox to leave there to enjoy any longer.

BTW...these ppl no longer are here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Mods now, i think, are too busy sweeping threads to other categories rather than dealing with a bigger issue of monitoring the trouble-makers; the folks that just come on to get a thrill by ticking some one else off.

big deal!!! get banned!!! come back as a different identity.

Maybe that should be the focus here. Take the plug out & quit being so retentive on moving threads to your whimsical delight as to...hmmm...where should this one go because it has a picture in it or it has a bit of humour in it & deal with something of more importance here in soonetville??


Anyways, i posted a thread about calgary zoo for a chuckle to get your morning going but it was moved to the joke section.
it wasnt a joke...just a couple of humourous pictures forbid.
i, then, posted a link to the joke section & it was deleted.
I aint playing hippy-hop to different forums to please some other's retentiveness so if you want to see it, it is there.

i've almost given up on this place.
i come to joke around, share some laughs, throw out some thoughts,
watch some folks insult other ppl personally as well as ethnic groups to see nothing happen, only to see the foot come down on someone who finally has enough & defends themself & threads moved to different areas for no concrete reasoning.

dont post anything humourous in soapbox - it is deemed as a joke & moved to the joke section.
do not post anything with a picture in it - it will be moved to the photos section.
do not say announce anything - it will be moved to the announcement section.

isnt this a silly little game.
this isnt a real job here.
the best referee in hockey is the one that is not seen.
worry about the bad guys causing trouble & leave the posts alone.
we come here to enjoy ourselves...not to worry about our threads moved over to here & there.

if somebody posts something about a stag or congradulations to something, i say big deal..it'll die its own death.

if somebody posts some humour, big deal..it'll die after page one & everybody got a chuckle.

hey look at my daughter pics, same thing..it'll die after page one & everybody is having a good time.

but if you're a person with the power, we can see a sticky about the progress of a person who had an accident, remain number one thread for 4 months...eg. bazzo

and i never had an issue with that "announcement" being in the soapbox but allow others to do the same.

same with that sticky about the gnome game being here in the soapbox???

It's a fun interactive place to be. And the more you post the more you feel as though you belong to a group of people. It's natural to feel this way. Right now I am suppose to be resting and not doing too much. I have a HUGE problem with that cause I swear to God I am ADHD and OCD lol It's hard for me to sit but I ended up going to the hospital yesturday with bleeding issues in my pregnancy because i am not doing it. So what keeps me on the couch or bed and not running around the house clean sweeping? This forum, facebook and watching movies with my son. So this forum is part of my support system that I am able to access daily that benefits me in a positive way.
