I guess its good to lose weight.
Coming out here, or at least in the last year anyways, i went from a 34 waist to a 31.
Either I'm trimming out or I'm shrinking.
Maybe there's a higher gravitational pull out west?
Good to get in better shape BUT my underwear keeps on falling down!!!
