Try Autosol.

If you used them through the winter....good luck.
Autosol works great, but chrome will go hazy from salt.
If this happens to chrome, you will never regain the original shine.

If replating is required here is a Canadian address.
Friends have used them and had excellent results.

SOS pads and good old fashioned elbow grease.

When my rims do that, I use AutoSol. If that doesnt work i strip them and paint them and clear coat them... the paint and clear coat stands up much better to snow and salt than chrome plating does.

We change to steel rims in the winter and the fancy ones in the summer.
