Does anyone knows who is the best in town for this service and the cost for it? any suggestions?
it's a 2002 neon.
I'd like to install an adjustable cam gear, a new timing belt, and, of course, do the proper timing.

thanks !

Go see Doug at Gail-Joy on Wilson Street....behind Parts Source on Bruce.
Fair, Honest, and an excellent mechanic, Doug is the man!

I agree. Doug is the man. But my question is "Why?"
If you try to polish a turd, you might end up with something shiny. A 30hp wing on the trunk lid is the norm for that car.

1. Why? just because I want to replace the OEM Cam Gear for a better one.
2. Spoilers (not 'wings') don't give HP.

thanks for the suggestions and the PM :car:

The Neons that run in the super 4 cylinders class at LIR dominate.
You got to here them bang off the limiter.
There has to be a chip or some remapping done.
They sure do sound wicked!

Yes , Doug is the guy, and I was only teasing you about the wing. And you are right. they do "spoil" the car. Those and fart can exhausts.
