where to go for a pedi.

Ok so I *think* I am over my fear of having my feet touched, and I would love to have a pedi. Where is a good place to go? And what should I expect, like touching wise, massaging and such. Do they scrape you feet even if you don't have any callouses? Any info would be great!!!

Well, I got my first and last pedicure before my wedding. Ending up with a wart on my toe and toenail fungus within a month of going there. I've NEVER had a wart in my life or any toenail problems until then. HMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I go to Hot Nails. They are nice, hygenic, and have a massage chair to sit in while you get your pedi. They basically soak your feet, clip your nails and cuticles, use a pumice for the heels etc, and rub cream on your feet and lower legs. Then the polish of your choice. $30. French manicure is an extra $5.

I also go to Headlines(Monique). She does a really super job too, for the same price. It's a bit more of a spa atmosphere tho.

It all depends who can get me in first basically.

Go for it Giggle. I didn't think I would like it but I did. I've been to hotnails and Posh, I liked hotnails except for the smell from the Acrilic nails.
My sister in law just had one a green house and really enjoyed it too.
Its a very nice, very relaxing thing. My feet are really ticklish and I thought it would bother me but it was very nice.

I go to Cali nails on Northern ave. Same price and quicker to get in the place on Great Northern. Very good , no problems with warts or anything.

and I hate anyone touching my feet !!
But it felt wonderful !
