A family member is considering a full time job at Tim Horton's. Are they decent to work for? Do you know what their starting wage is? Do they treat their employees well? I am looking for some personal experience...their website makes them look pretty good. I imagine it may depend on the location? Some input would be appreciated....thank you.

It's like any other minimum wage job ....it's not a career so who cares....

I used to work there. Depending what shift they apply for, they'll get minimum wage. You get a 50 cent premium for working nights.

All in all, it's a pretty nice company to work for. Generally nice people. Comfy setting if you work at a high paced environment and not pass out.

I spent a few years there working nights. I enjoyed it and would certainly go back if I needed a stable job while in school.
