They are great in a bloody caesar in place of celery or pickle.

If I wanted to make them myself I would but i haven't the time nor do i have a clue how to make them...I would rather spend the money and buy them from someone locally who sells them

Pickled beans? Never had them. Now I want to!
I enjoy eating the three bean salad type you can buy canned at the grocery stores... But not tried that.

K- gimme til morning to find the recipe. I don't have the energy to go rifling through all my recipes at this time of the night! The recipe I have is for "Dilly Beans"...so they are pickled but with dill. They take about 3 or 4 weeks to be ready to eat.
