I'm always finding items around the house that I'd like to get rid of and would prefer to give them to a local fundraiser.
If anyone knows of any groups that are collecting; please post the details here. Thank you.

I would suggest St. Vincent DePaul or The Salvation Army. Both do great charity work.

Women in crisis AND Pheonix Rising may be able to use the stuff depending on what it is.

Recycling Matters comes to your house and picks up items. Then they sell it to Value Village and give the proceeds to charity. I've also heard that the Diabetes Association will pick up items.

They don't come right away.
They will take all clothing and a couple of boxes of household stuff at a time.
