Hi there, I hate to be a pest, I know you are very busy, and are doing a great work, BUT...it's been a month today since I placed my order, and still have not received them yet. I ordered 20 on June 15th and had them sent to:

Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783

I then ordered 20 more 4 days later, and accidentally had them sent to my Canadian address of :

*** Cathcart Street
Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
P6A 1E6
Canada
I later requested if you could send them all to the US address if it wasn't too late. I never heard a response, but either way I have not received either package. I ordered these for about 30 different people on a BBS and cannot collect payment until I have them, and as of today I'm paying interest on them. It was a credit card payment of $200 between the two orders, and only 1 bracelet was actually mine, so I'm out $195 at the moment.
I am requesting for you to either track them and find out what's going on, or refund my money and I will try re-ordering. Thank you.
