Does it bother them to be alone? You would think with them having each other that they would be fine?!

they are fine on their own. they love to play together, if anyone takes the cats i will also give money to buy litter and food for the first time

If they arent upset being alone, why not keep them?

Ya, cats are very good at keeping themselves ocupide during the day. They are not like dogs. you dont need to put them outside or anything. Cats are independant creatures. Ive had cats all my life. Just so long as when you come home and spend a bit of time with them is all that really matters. But if you cant manage that, then maybe they should go to a home where ppl can take care of them properly. IMO.

the reason i had to get rid of them was because i work all the time and when im home its basically only to sleep, its not fair to have animals couped up in the house all day with nobody home to give them attention. But the cats are gone now, thank you for replying.
