Does anybody know of any dog trainers around here?? If you do do you know the price? Also can my dog still be trained? he's 2 1/2 will that effect his learning or no?

One more question off that topic is that I currently live with my parents and they live in seperate houses. I go back and forth week there week here... Anyways they think that it will confuse my dog if i brought him with me I said it wouldn't but im not positive. Is that true?

I have always had dogs that travel, and i have stayed many places. with my dog, we even flew together. my daughter has moved and goes back and fourth from her house to her husbands house and they are fine, they adapt well. if that dog loves you he wont acare where you go he will go.

Doesn't matter how old the dog is, they are still capable of learning. 2 1/2 is very young.

As for going back and forth, at first he may be over excited or unsure, but he'll get used to it quickly. They adaptable creatures.

The Sault Ste. Marie Kennel Club will be starting classes in Sept. Registration is the frist Thursday after labour day weekend. Cost is about $70 for six weeks of classes. It is never too later to train a dog, even over 2 years. Classes are located at 76 Fourth Line West and will be one hour, long once a week. At registration please bring proof of vaccinations and no dog. If you require further information call Susan at 759-0461 or Linda at 759-6366.
