Does it have to be Dazzle for a capture card? Ati and happauge make mighty fine tuners that are pretty cheap.

I've seen these things on Woot.com occasionally. Woot.com is a neat site, they offer just one item for sale on any particular day, many times something "techie" and relatively inexpensive. If you aren't in a hurry, watch that site daily and see what comes up.

You might also try E-bay, I see there are a number of them on there, you might be able to bid on one and pick one up for less than half retail.
