What can one expect to pay if wintering in Florida for 2 or 3 months for thier health care? Who has a plan that is affordable? Who sells snowbird plans? I would like to hear from snowbirds who have gone through this. You just cannot go away and not have coverage.

Hmmm...I know I have coverage through my benefits when I go for a month, but I don't know about longer than that.....I agree with checking with CAA. If they don't know, they may be able to direct you somewhere.

You can check with the Snowbirds association. My parents get theirs throught them every year. Of course the costs depend on your age and your health as well as the length of time you want to be away from the country.
