Laptop (For Parts or repair)

The laptop keyboard is busted, needs a new keyboard ($40 on ebay).

Power button doesn't work either, the guy I bought it off of broke the connector off the motherboard where the ribbon connects. Only way to turn off is thru windows or to unplug it. Also has BIOS password on it that I don't know. I bought it and the guy told me the password, but it doesn't work. An external floppy or more computer knowledge than I have is needed to get rid of it (from what I'm told in the COmputer Section here).
