Yet another one, WHY arent these people getting a lot more time!? I just dont get it. I know he hasnt gotten sentencing but people are getting slaps on the friggin wrist for heinous crimes against children, what do they expect? We need much harder sentencing for useless pieces of skin like this. Ugh...

I can remember being so frustrated with a baby that would not stop crying, that I put her in her crib left the room and turned up the music so I couldn't hear the crying for a few minutes. After a couple of minutes, I went back nd picked her up. No matter how frustrated I was - I could never have hurt her.

I feel sorry for judges as after a while they must see about every type of slime there is and are forced to deal with them in a set manner only on what evidence is brought forward in the trial. Too often the judge will be accused of being incompetent because of some sentencing he might impose and it wasn't him who screwed up but the crown attorney.
