Other then just boiling and tossing in butter or putting in a stew/pot pie what do you do with frozen vegetables to dress them up?

Try using them in a stir fry.

You can fry mixed veggies up with hash browns and corned beef. It's good with ketchup and chili powder. I put them in soups, add them as a layer in shepherd's pie, they can be put in rice and Mr. Noodles as well. There is also a green bean casserole that includes mushroom soup and french fried onions across the top. Sometimes I make up green frozen green beans by boiling them in well salted water, and then tossing in some sesame oi and almonds. Everyone always thinks it's so fancy, but it only took a few extra seconds. Hopefully that gives you a few ideas, anyway. :)

A few things I like on frozen veggies are sesame oil...just a wee bit as it has a strong flavour.
Butter and dill are nice as well.
Also, ClubHouse makes a spice called Vegetables that I LOVE on my veggies and in stirfries. It's kinda tangy but not overpowering.
