Umbrella Stroller

I need an umbrella stroller, either free or dirt cheap.

My sister is 8 months pregnant with a little girl with a heart defect, and is heading to Toronto on Wednesday to deliver. They are taking their 17 month old son with them, and need a stroller that folds down as small as possible to bring with them.
