What to do with my over abundance of plums

I have tons and tons of plums in my backyard. I have already made 8 jars of jam, plan on making one more batch, I have plum baby food made and well getting quite tired of plums. I think it is a waste to just let them rot but was thinking of giving them to sprucehaven zoo for their animals. Would pigs or whatever eat them and would sprucehaven zoo want them. I have a ton on the tree and a huge bin still full.

Thanks but we don't drink wine...my husband likes his beer and rye and unless you can make plum rye I just don't think it will happen.

'CAN' some of them so that you have some to eat during the winter.
