What r ur kids or urself dressing up as tonight?


My 2 monsters will both b bears.. My oldest has a costume of a disney bear from the big blue house, and my little one has also a warm pink carebear costume... She has worn her costume for the last 2 days n even sleeps in it. LOL. She LOVES carebears!!

My daughter will be a ladybug, my 2 yr old a cowboy (with matching greatdane in saddle) my two older boys are some kind of morbid, gory reeper/punk/biker type thing. LOL
Not even sure what the costumes are meant to be!

My 3 year old wanted to be a scary vampire...so that's what she's going to be lol Fangs, painted face and a long, black vampire dress.

I'm dreading the day that they outgrow the nice warm one piece costumes. Its so cold on halloween!

I have a 2yr old Monkey.. a 5 year old Hannah Montana.. an 8 year old scary mask that drips blood (oh joy lol) & an 11 year old dead/zombie soccer player :)

Myself? I'm a last minute kind of person.. lol .. the 2 & 7 year old (Sorry I said 8 above..) are pretty much easy to get ready.. so I'll start about 4:30ish.. out by 6 hopefully so I can have little one home earlier! :) Just have faces really to do for 5 & 11..everything else is ready.

I bought a warm full suit Unicorn costume for her. She loves it. :)
She wants to wear it all the time. I may as well let her, for the price it cost me..lol
I cant wait to take her out tonight. I m so excited to see the look on her face and watch her run door to door saying trick or treat :)

Found it on Thurs. as a last min. thing for her. I think they still had some at Zellers at the Station Mall too.

We go around 6. Most people are eating at 5pm. I won't answer the door in the middle of supper. 5:30 is the earliest I start giving out candy. Any earlier is just rude, IMO.

Last year we had quite a few older kids. Alot of people didn't like it I thought if they took the time they really wanted to go out.

we had dinner early @ 430.. left @ 5pm than we were able to enjoy halloween during the sunlight.. we stayed out till 6:30.. the kids were actually excited to go home n have a snack b4 bath n bed.. lol.. my 2 year old is sick and i felt bad for her coughing like crazy.. kids actually got lots of candy even after we went through them..

Our little guy is only 8 months....he dressed as a giraffe....oh sooo cute and it was a warm costume. We didn't do a door to door just took him to our families and friends and then home.

we had a mr.potato head, spiderman and a squid. the squid is my favorite costume ever. left at around 6:30 got home at quarter after 7. they had fun.

Props here......to the parents that brought the cutest kid to my moms house....I answer the door with his big sister and she says "what does a tiger say" he yells GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR...... he had to be like 2...the boogers hanging from nose then he wanted to come into our house he was soooo cute and said thank you when his mom brought his candy container up..I brought my 4 and 5 yr old around 615.....it has always been 6-9....we went out and the kids were so tired,.,the best was my kids EVERY house they went to were complimented with their mannars,,Im not tooting my own horn ..but i expect a child who receives a treat to say thank you everytime but to top on her own my 5 yr old started saying everytime" thank you ..you have a VERY happy halloween...." I sure didnt teach her that im about thank you not...what she said IM so proud it was a kick ass night
