So here we are, I have been a Leaf's fan since I was old enough to stand and
talk, I was born in 67, so it's about time for my first rant! 1) get rid of the useless puck giving away, play ending Grabovski. 2) get rid of whomever it is that has kept him around so long,...... Wilson, Burke, or both. 3)
Never mind looking to get a big center from trading Kabby or Schenn.
Instead, get rid of the 2 pylons we have in Komisarek and Beauchemin,
give the A's to schenner and kab. Get a 3rd line center or 2 for the
pylons! I am sick of watching this team fall apart night in and night
out. I am about to become an Islanders fan, or worse yet, a Boston fan, after all they were obviously much smarter than our office. COME
ON RONNIE and BRIAN , GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR BUTTS, I HAVE NEVER
WANTED TO WALK AWAY FROM OUR BLUE AND WHITE IN MY LIFE!!!!! YOU ARE
SUCKING THE LIFE OUT OF LEAF'S NATION!!!!

Ya I know I spelled trouble wrong in my heading, I was so angry when I wrote it I was seeing red, blue and white!

Mass suicides going on in Toronto as we speak. Burke messed up big time trading for Kessel. If they keep playing the way they are at this moment and get in last place again Boston will reap the rewards once again...

The Mighty Preds in Suicide Nation...I mean Leafs Nation tonight.

You would think Toronto could get a win here.

Well, I mean ...

Two goals in ten seconds...and after a timeout...

I...I...I just have a really hard time fathoming how terrible this Leafs team and organization is. As a Red Wings fan, I simply cannot relate to your situation, Leafs fans. At all. Not one bit.

You have my deepest sympathies.

That's awesome. Beating a team close to last place in the Eastern Conference.

Will the Cup parade go down Yonge Street?

The last time the Wings sucked was the mid-80's. The last time the Leafs sucked was this very minute.

Translation: "Yeah, I'm a Leafs fan, and, no, I'm not happy that the greatest organization in hockey is American (Detroit), and owned by an American (Mike Illitch)"

Greast organization in hockey is Montreal.
Did you bump your head again?

Did you bump your head again?

Not in the modern era.

Speaking of the Habs, I see your Leafs are back to their losing ways.

Why do you always eliminate parts of history?
To get it right you have to consider all years...sorry!

So the Leafs are a good team now because they were a good team in the Sixties?

That makes a lot of sense.

Oh my god we agree on something!!!! Sorry Wings are a great organization no doubt, but as far as success, history, franchise players the Habs take the cake. Every other franchise has A LOT of work to do to catch up to the things Montreal has done.

The Leafs are a bad team with a good history. Just not a very good recent history. Saying the Wings are the best franchise in hockey period because of their recent success is like saying Phoenix has always been a competitive team...

All that means is you have seen the list.
We agree with the stat, that's it!

It's hard to argue, really. No other franchise has had the success of MTL so it would be kind of dumb to say they aren't hockeys best franchise. I'm not always irrational and full of anger, you know.

With that being said, because of their recent success, I would put the Wings as number 1 in terms of current success.
