I'm not sure if anyone can give me a reason for this, but here we go.

My bedroom is pretty much where I live right now. Everything and anything is in a rather confined area. I have a Bell Home Networking modem + my laptop and printer, my PVR and my Plasma. Toss that in with my cell phone and you have a recipie for a pooched internet signal.... I think.

My problem is this:

My cell phone is currently the best on the market (opinions vary but it's definitely top 3 regardless). While @ my desk, I show 1/4 bars in terms of signal (beside all my electronics), and on my bed I show 3/4 - 4/4 bars. Keep in mind this is MAYBE a 7 foot gap. I have been thinking of possible reasons for this but I've been unable to come to a decision on a really good one.

Is it possible that I have so many electronics in the same area and as a result, I am making a "dead zone" in my house? haha
