Don't know, but at about 5pm, there were police cars and flashing lights just before the top of the hill on MacDonald, just before Collegiate Heights. Then, at Grt. Northern and McNabb, I saw the big mobile command vehicle turning onto McNabb, headed toward St. George's. I had assumed they were going to go down Gladstone to the police cars on MacDonald, but maybe not.

I wonder what's going on Wellington St. The green light stayed on 4 more seconds than usual. Seriously? WTF IS UP WITH THAT LIGHT?!?!?

Dunno...but didn't look like a pleasant scene w/ bicycle in the middle of Great Northern by hospital intersection and area taped off...no news on that though...Hmm...wonder why or what happened there??

It has everything to do with that, not a good scene

We live in such a small city. No news site seems to have the resources to GET the news. They have to rely on police reports or people like us letting them know. Investigative reporting is a thing of the past. I also noticed the terrible scene up by the DaveyHome/new hospital site but not one news siteseemed to even hear about it. Lets pray the outcome for the cyclist is positive.

I find myself relying more and more on our local sites to find the news. The police never have any news released during the weekends and the OPP hardly ever report anything

Local news sites get a lot of their information from the police.

Hubby saw that too when he was out. Said it didn't look good at all, checked online but there is no mention of anything along that line happening, just hope everyone is okay and it's not as bad as it looked.
